The house was built in the 1700's and has been a dairy and then a local school, where the pupils paid a penny a day to attend.
It was converted into a Bed and Breakfast in Feb 2007 by the current owner, John Cleere, with the bedrooms having en-suite shower rooms.
The medlar tree, in the centre of the front garden, is a lovely feature and attracts many birds to the feeders in the tree
